IT’S WORKSHOP TIME
MOVE WITH ME
Take your practice further with our inversions and arm balances workshop. In this two hour session we will work on drills to strengthen the core areas needed to practice safe and strong inversions and arm balances. There will be lots of time to play and practice, different to a normal class setting, the workshop set up allows us to spend time working on poses that we see in classes.
We will be practicing postures including; crow, side crow, headstand, forearm stand and lastly handstand. This workshop will give you a safe space to practice these postures and a set of drills to take home for regular daily self practice. Suitable for all levels and abilities but we recommend you have a basic understanding of yoga and its postures.
