mind + body work
I have always loved sports, especially the kind of action sports that let me loose myself in the challenge. High adrenaline was the name of the game for me, even with my yoga practice I used to focus mainly on the power classes. Until I discovered the subtle benefits of a regular restorative, mediation and breathwork practice. I have always been fascinated by the body and my yoga practice has helped me to learn so much about the mind-body connection. My practice set me on a path of personal discovery, development, and self-healing and my goal now is to share what inspires me. I do this through yoga, massage and Ayurveda delivered via group studio classes, private sessions and retreats.
