Putting the planet before profits and using my creative skills to build a better world, I help brands and individuals to re-connect with what’s important, to find meaning and to take action through design and movement. Combining my passion for creativity, sustainable living, health & wellness, adventure sports and travel, I strive to help you build a better business, make more sustainable choices, find intelligent alternatives, connect your body and mind and design the life you want to live.

When I create, I am in my happy place. I really love to help people bring thier ideas to life, to see them grow and to see them succeed. I offer business coaching + consultancy, marketing and growth strategy, website design and branding and company set up advice to a wide range of clients, from Global corporate companies to small start-up businesses and freelancers. I work with brands operating in many markets most commonly the sustainability, health & wellness, adventure sports and travel spaces. I am passionate about supporting projects that make a difference in the world and in giving back to local communities.

MIND + BODY
MOVEMENT
I know first hand the benefits that getting out into nature and moving our bodies can have, not only on our physical health but also our mental health. Through a combination of a regular yoga practice, snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding and many other forms of movement, I have overcome both physical and mental health challenges. I am a qualified ashtanga-vinyasa, yin yoga and mediation + breathwork instructor offering private and group classes in both studio and retreat settings. In addition to my yoga qualifications, I am also a BASI qualified snowboard instructor.
